IMPORTANT!- REFUNDS & TICKETING ISSUES

Refunds are available in certain limited circumstances described below.

 

Before purchasing, we urge you to confirm the title, time, location and quantity of tickets for the movie you wish to see. You can receive refunds for tickets up to 60 minutes before the showtime.

 

APP & ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE REFUNDS: For purchases made online via Stone Theatres mobile app or website please sign into your account or use the gmail option, view the drop down menu, click on purchases and a refund button will appear for your recent purchase. Funds will be returned to the same payment card used to make the booking.

 

Please note that the convenience fees for tickets booked online via Stone Theatres mobile apps or websites will not be refunded.

All questions related to refunds or issues with online tickets should be directed to your local Stone Theatre location General Manager.

Donation Requests: All donation requests must be made on organization or company letterhead. Please include: type of donation, address, phone, contact person and signature of authorized representative. Donation requests without letters attached will not be reviewed.

This form is for donation requests, customer service issues which cannot be resolved at the theatre level or other corporate matters. THIS EMAIL IS MONITORED ON A LIMITED BASIS MONDAY -FRIDAY (excluding Holidays).  If your issue is urgent, call the theatre location, do not use this form.
